We've come up with a super tasty scone that blends sharp cheddar cheese, sun dried tomatoes, some herbs and a touch of heat from cayenne peppers to round out the flavor.  These are SO good when heated for 20-30 seconds in the microwave and eaten warm.   
They should be stored in the fridge.
